An assistant can search documentation, prepare a summary or draft a reply from available information. An automation can move data or trigger a defined step. Business rules, calculations and permissions remain handled by appropriate mechanisms.
Before rollout, we examine possible errors, necessary checks, data access and provider terms. We test common situations and difficult cases. The engagement prepares people for use, onboarding and ongoing review.
Quality depends on the use case, data and selected providers. Controls and autonomy are defined around the consequences of an error. The Systems demonstration uses prepared responses and does not call an AI model.
The level of autonomy depends on the action and its consequences. Research or a draft can be prepared automatically; sending a message, approving a decision or making a significant commitment may require confirmation. These rules are defined in the project.
A step defined by clear rules can be automated without an AI model. AI becomes an option when language, documents or more variable information need to be handled. Discovery compares those possibilities against the need.
The project defines usable information, visible sources, expected checks and the situations in which a person must take over. Testing also covers missing information and uncertain answers.
Possible connections depend on access, available interfaces and provider terms. We examine the process and the people before choosing an integration, then define how it works and how it is maintained.
